We are not free..and never will be..

           Recently in a lecture my sir said something along the lines 'We are truly free only for the first five minutes after out birth'. This got me thinking. I have always been freedom oriented about anything and everything. For me life is all about personal space, expressing myself the way i want and what not. 
                                 
                     But then how do we define true freedom?
